She was extremely helpful in sending us house recommendations that fit our parameters. We appreciated her being able to schedule safe tours for us, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. When we found the place that we loved, she was expedient in getting us the application to fill out. Once we were approved, she quickly got us all the paperwork we needed to sign through an online platform. She also negotiated a 2 year lease for us, and continued to be a bridge of communication between us and the landlord. She made the often tiring process of finding a new home as smooth and non-stressful as possible.
